Print Information

     Giclee (Zhee-clay) printing is meant to produce a product at a higher quality and longer lifespan than a standard desktop inkjet printer. The giclee printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction images because they are printed with archival quality inks. Giclee prints are created using professional 12 colour pigment ink set which provides better scratch resistance. The paper used for giclee printing is archival quality. These are the best papers for longevity and lifespan. The pigment based inks used in giclee printing can last upwards to 200+ years.

The Print

Kristin takes great pride in being responsible for all aspects of the creative photographic process from capturing the image to the printing and framing of the final image. She uses the latest professional printing technology and the finest papers. Prints are hand signed by Kristin.

Matted Print

All matted prints are mounted to archival acid free foam board, matted with archive acid free matte board, and hand signed in the lower right corner just below the image window by Kristin.

Matted and Framed Print
